The Global Social Commerce & Amazon Marketing Manager will oversee our global social commerce initiatives and Amazon Europe marketing activities. The manager will report to the Head of Global Amazon and Social Commerce. This role will focus on developing and implementing globally aligned social media and Amazon Europe marketing strategies designed to increase traffic, foster customer engagement, enhance brand loyalty, and ultimately drive online sales across these diverse markets.


This position will be Hybrid and can be based out of our Chicago or Niles office.


  • Develop and implement global social commerce strategies to drive online sales across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Social Media teams on the Always-On campaign to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Define key social commerce KPIs, provide reporting, and monitor them using appropriate analytical tools.
  • Research global social commerce trends, content creation, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee all aspects of our global social commerce interactions, including addressing customer queries, coordinating with agencies, and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Manage social commerce advertising campaigns and optimize performance metrics.
  • Manage and maintain marketing budget for social commerce.
  • Work with agencies, creators, and internal teams to create and curate engaging market-specific content for social commerce platforms (TikTok, IG, Meta, etc.).
  • Ensure all social commerce content aligns with our global brand identity while catering to regional nuances and product preferences.
  • Monitor social commerce performance and suggest content optimization based on regional performance and trends.
  • Manage and maintain social commerce product pages and brand stores.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop social commerce campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Manager on a global level.
  • Experience with social media shops, especially TikTok Shop.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful global social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of video editing, content creation, and web design principles is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with global online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to anticipate future trends in digital technologies and make proactive strategic decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English; fluent in Spanish and/or German is a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field.
