In your role as IT Analyst II, CX Commerce, you will have a key hands-on role responsible for working closely with business and IT stakeholders to solicit, analyze, understand, and document business requirements. You will serve as an expert in Shure’s Digital Commerce solution to help turn business requirements into technical requirements. The analyst is responsible for assisting with physical design, functional configuration, user testing, and user training to ensure that end-to-end solutions are delivered with quality and that expectations are met for functionality, reliability, and availability. You will contribute to technical project management activities, help drive agile ceremonies, perform day-to-day problem analysis and resolution, and offer general analytical support across the organization. Additionally. you will participate in the development and help drive the adherence of relevant standards, guidelines, and procedures. The analyst serves as the main point of contact and functional expert for the digital commerce eco system and its respective capabilities. Stakeholder engagement will be key as you will also work with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences at different levels within the organization to share knowledge and complex ideas, provide updates and influence and challenge when necessary.
This role is Hybrid, based in Niles, IL.
