The Sales Operations Analyst II plays a pivotal role in driving the global launch and operational excellence of Shure’s digital product portfolio. This position is responsible for the seamless implementation and support of our products, projects, and associated technologies. Collaborating closely with international product, sales, customer service, and IT teams, the analyst will become a subject matter expert in the solutions being deployed, engaging with various organizational levels. The role entails daily administration of essential digital business applications and coordination of their continuous support, ensuring efficient technology utilization. This position requires a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key resource supporting the activation of our digital products roadmap globally and be responsible for understanding the digital transformation roadmap and related project plans.
  • Administer and drive the effective use of Shure’s digital technology stack, including order entry and licensing applications that enable our digital product offerings.
  • Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams responsible for digital product success. Provide hands-on project support including requirements refinement, testing, and beta programs.
  • Ensure Product launch and operational readiness for new and enhanced product offerings.
  • Configure and set up product data required for revenue enablement.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize systems to grow revenue, improve operational efficiency and ensure outstanding customer experience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned – Analyze and provide performance reporting for KPIs related to operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and maximizing value through our paid channels, ; provide training as needed to our sales and support teams to ensure compliance with ordering and license provisioning process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of relevant experience with digital product or technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to articulate data to audiences of varying levels of knowledge and recommend next steps.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Experience working with enterprise CRM and Digital Commerce platforms. SAP Hybris eCommerce and Salesforce application experience desired.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of B2B customers in our industry; act as the voice of the customer to ensure our digital solutions meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
