We’re looking for a new team member to join Shure as a Performance Marketing Specialist! In this role, you’ll help power our paid media efforts across the U.S. and Europe, supporting everything from creative handoffs to performance analysis and optimization. If you're interested in A/B testing, have a knack for web tools, and love digging into the “why” behind the numbers, we’d love to meet you.
 
This role is hybrid and based in our Niles, IL location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide paid media coordination with an emphasis on B2B campaigns, ensuring alignment with local teams, adhering to best practices, and maintaining quality assurance of campaign set up against media plan.
  • Support ongoing campaign optimizations across Search, Video, Social & Display with an emphasis on data-driven results, providing analyses of performance and documentation of results.
  • Execute ad creative testing and recording results against KPI’s and performance.
  • Provide ongoing analyses of campaign performance and ad landing pages leveraging dashboards, platform data, GA4 and heatmapping tools (Clarity).
  • Support A/B testing & landing page optimization within SiteCore.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgement in resolving issues and making recommendations.
  • Must be able to read & write in English; other language skills are desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices, and actively stays current on emerging trends.
  • Curious, analytical, and resourceful; strong ability to work independently after receiving general instructions on daily work and detailed instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, manage several projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external parties.
  • Interested in and pays attention to the details.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point & Outlook and AI Tools (e.g., CoPilot)
  • Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Ability to follow standard instructions, practices, and procedures in analyzing situations or data
  • Digital or paid media experience (agency or in-house) developing strategy, reporting and/or executing paid media campaigns across key digital platforms (especially Google Ad Suite, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok) preferred
  • Experience with web & e-commerce analytics and marketing tactics preferred
  • Experience with A/B Testing tools (e.g., SiteCore, Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) preferred
  • Experience with dashboard and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Datorama, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Technical understanding of digital marketing tracking via UTMs, marketing tags, pixels, Google Tag Manager preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $54,700 to $87,600 with a midpoint target. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
