Join Our Team at Shure as a Senior Specialist, Corporate Real Estate (Lease Administrator) and support our global real estate strategy! 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our Corporate Real Estate team. As the Senior Specialist, Corporate Real Estate (Lease Administrator), you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a database of our global lease portfolio and ensuring compliance with lease-related documentation. In addition to managing lease data, you will support real estate transactions and contribute to the efficient operation of our real estate function.

 

This role is hybrid (3 days per week on-site) and based in our Niles, IL location.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update lease records in the database, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and assist with auditing lease agreements.
  • Enter lease terms and related data into systems and analyze lease data to identify trends that support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with tenants and property managers to resolve lease-related issues and provide support during lease negotiations.
  • Track lease payments to ensure compliance with lease terms and monitor workplace-related expenses.
  • Monitor key lease dates and deadlines, and develop notification processes to engage global and regional teams.
  • Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and generate reports on lease status and performance for global and regional team
  • Assess and improve lease administration processes to enhance efficiency, while recommending and implementing technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lease administration or property management.
  • Experience managing leases for multiple sites, global experience is a plus.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional certifications are preferred
  • Proficient in lease administration software such as LeaseQuery, MRI Software, and ProLease.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $136,000 with a midpoint target. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
